Professional Services

I work with all people who ride horses! Whether you are looking for individual therapy or mental skills coaching as a junior, amateur, professional, or non-competing rider, I can help!

For clinicians and students, I also offer a wide range of options from clinical supervision to mental health career consulting. Please get in touch to learn more!

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to explore anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the pressures that come with high expectations — both in and out of ring for equestrians. My approach is trauma-informed and process-oriented, meaning we work not only on challenges you face, but also on understanding the patterns, emotions, and experiences shaping how you respond to them. Together, we focus on building insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools that support lasting change and a more grounded sense of self. Format: 50-minute virtual or in-person sessions.

Mental Skills Coaching

Mental skills coaching is geared towards equestrian athletes to enhance confidence, focus, and emotional regulation under pressure. Grounded in sport and performance psychology, sessions focus on developing skills such as managing performance anxiety, improving concentration, rebuilding confidence after setbacks, and performing consistently in high-stress environments. Coaching is goal-oriented and collaborative, designed to help you translate mental preparation into confident performance. Format: 50-minute virtual or in-person sessions.

Group Workshops

These specialized workshops are designed for equestrians navigating the unique mental and emotional demands of riding in a group format. Equestrians experience a multitude of forces that can impact their performance. Whether it is high personal expectations, performance pressure from a team environment, or performing in a championship environment, I can help!

Workshops integrate sport psychology, trauma-informed care, and practical mental skills training to help riders develop confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience both in and out of the ring. Sessions are interactive, practical, and tailored to your needs .

Common workshop topics include:

  • Managing performance anxiety

  • Rebuilding confidence after falls or injuries

  • How to develop a growth mindset

  • Enhancing concentration and focus

  • Communication and barn culture

Workshops can be customized for any program, including lesson programs, IEA or intercollegiate teams, junior and amateur competitors, or professionals. All are available virtually or in person locally in Massachusetts or Florida.

Services include clinical career counseling for students and early-career professionals, consultation for licensed clinicians seeking support with complex cases or professional development, and mentorship for individuals pursuing or interested in the Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) pathway through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
