1
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to explore anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the pressures that come with high expectations — both in and out of ring for equestrians. My approach is trauma-informed and process-oriented, meaning we work not only on challenges you face, but also on understanding the patterns, emotions, and experiences shaping how you respond to them. Together, we focus on building insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools that support lasting change and a more grounded sense of self. Format: 50-minute virtual or in-person sessions.
2
Mental Skills Coaching
Mental skills coaching is geared towards equestrian athletes to enhance confidence, focus, and emotional regulation under pressure. Grounded in sport and performance psychology, sessions focus on developing skills such as managing performance anxiety, improving concentration, rebuilding confidence after setbacks, and performing consistently in high-stress environments. Coaching is goal-oriented and collaborative, designed to help you translate mental preparation into confident performance. Format: 50-minute virtual or in-person sessions.
3
Group Workshops
These specialized workshops are designed for equestrians navigating the unique mental and emotional demands of riding in a group format. Equestrians experience a multitude of forces that can impact their performance. Whether it is high personal expectations, performance pressure from a team environment, or performing in a championship environment, I can help!
Workshops integrate sport psychology, trauma-informed care, and practical mental skills training to help riders develop confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience both in and out of the ring. Sessions are interactive, practical, and tailored to your needs .

Clinical Supervision for LICSW Licensure — Massachusetts
I provide individual clinical supervision for Massachusetts social workers pursuing independent licensure (LICSW). Supervision is designed to support the development of clinical competence, ethical decision-making, and professional identity as an independent practitioner.
My supervision approach integrates trauma-informed practice, evidence-based psychotherapy, and performance psychology principles to help clinicians deepen both clinical skill and confidence. I aim to create a reflective, collaborative space where supervisees can explore cases thoughtfully while strengthening their authentic clinical voice.
Areas of focus may include:
-
Case conceptualization and treatment planning
-
Anxiety, trauma, and high-performance populations
-
Ethical and professional decision-making
-
Use of self in clinical work
-
Burnout prevention and sustainable practice development
-
Transitioning toward independent clinical practice
Supervision meets the requirements established by the
Massachusetts Board of Registration of Social Workers for LICSW supervision. Format: Individual virtual sessions.

Clinical Consultation & Professional Development
Consultation is available for licensed clinicians seeking advanced support, a fresh clinical perspective, or specialized insight into complex cases and professional growth.
Unlike licensure supervision, consultation is collaborative and non-evaluative, offering a space for experienced clinicians to deepen clinical thinking, refine treatment approaches, and expand confidence in working with anxiety, trauma, and performance-related concerns.
My consultation approach blends psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and mental performance psychology to support clinicians working with high achievers, athletes, and clients navigating pressure, identity, and performance anxiety.
Consultation may focus on:
-
Complex or stuck clinical cases
-
Working with perfectionism, anxiety, and performance pressure
-
Trauma-informed treatment integration
-
Clinician confidence and decision-making
-
Niche development and practice direction
-
Preventing clinician burnout
These sessions are ideal for clinicians seeking mentorship, collaboration, and continued professional growth beyond required supervision. Format: Individual virtual sessions.
